Return And Refund Policy
At Diou Linton, we aim to process, prepare, and deliver all orders within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may experience delays due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
We collaborate with multiple shipping agencies, including DTDC, Bluedart, and others, to ensure a smooth delivery experience. The shipping fees are already inclusive in all our product prices, meaning there are no additional shipping costs for any of our items.
Currently, we only offer domestic deliveries across India. However, please be aware that certain rural pin codes may take longer to deliver.
In case of a missed delivery attempt, the product will be sent back to us. Customers have 72 hours to contact us to arrange a second delivery or request a refund. Failure to do so within the given timeframe may lead to the order being cancelled.
